What You’ll Do:
As Hospitality Coordinator, you'll partner closely with our Director of Dining to elevate every aspect of the dining experience. You'll be expected to:
· Lead, coach, and mentor our dining room team.
· Train new team members in hospitality standards and service excellence.
· Create monthly server schedules and coordinate staffing needs.
· Build strong communication between the kitchen and dining room teams.
· Ensure every meal is delivered with outstanding service, accuracy, and attention to detail.
· Visit with residents during meals, gather feedback, and advocate for their experience.
· Help develop restaurant-style systems that improve efficiency and consistency.
· Assist with menu planning, recipe development, food ordering, and special dining initiatives.
· Maintain a beautiful, welcoming dining room environment.
· Coordinate hospitality for birthdays, anniversaries, marketing events, social hours, and community celebrations.
· Help create memorable moments that residents and families will never forget.
