Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, professional hospitality to every guest
• Prepare and serve food according to Chick-fil-A quality and safety standards
• Work collaboratively to keep restaurant operations running efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and coworkers
• Take initiative and responsibility for your work
• Learn multiple areas of the restaurant and take on additional responsibilities as you grow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivated and enthusiastic about providing great hospitality
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow
• Previous restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or professional work experience is a perferred, but not required
