POSITION DETAILS:

MFG is hiring an experienced Host/ess with a strong work ethic to help set and maintain the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet all guests as they enter the restaurant
• Seat customers according to the established plan
• Keep front desk and waiting area clean
• Ensure menus and other items remain stocked
• Refill paper products in bathrooms, as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years experience working in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant preferred
• Keen attention to detail in order to track guest reservations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Follow appropriate food safety guidelines
• Able to work a variety of shifts
• Able to stand for long periods of time
