Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and seat guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly first impression.
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating.
Provide guests with menus and inform them about daily specials.
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a host/hostess or in customer service preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of OpenTable a plus but not required.
A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
