The Role
The Dining Room Host serves as the welcoming presence for our dining venues, helping coordinate reservations, greet members and guests, and maintain smooth communication between the host stand, service team, and kitchen.
This role requires a polished, professional demeanor and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced private club environment.
What You'll Do
Member Welcome
- Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival
- Confirm reservations and guide guests to their tables
- Ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued
Dining Room Coordination
- Manage reservations and seating through club systems
- Communicate guest counts and special requests to the service team
- Maintain a smooth flow of service throughout the dining room
Member Communication
- Provide information on menus, dining venues, and club events
- Assist with special requests and celebrations
- Maintain awareness of daily reservations and events
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with servers, bartenders, and managers
- Support smooth table transitions and service pacing
- Assist with club events, tournaments, and special dining programs

- Previous host, concierge, reception, or hospitality experience preferred
- Private club or upscale restaurant experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
