Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests with a genuine smile and positive attitude.
- Manage the flow of guests by taking reservations, assigning tables, and ensuring efficient seating.
- Learn to calculate and provide accurate wait times, keeping guests informed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff for a smooth seating process.
- Escort guests to tables, present menus, and accommodate special requests.
- Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and provide prompt assistance.
- Stay informed about the menu, specials, and promotions to offer accurate information.
- Handle guest complaints professionally or escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and manage table turnover efficiently.
- Uphold grooming and dress code standards while maintaining a professional appearance.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.
