This individual will serve as the primary operational link between 3PL warehouse partners, transportation providers, Demand Planning, Order Management, Import Logistics, and other internal teams, ensuring inventory and customer orders move efficiently and reliably through the network. This role will play a critical part in identifying operational risks, driving timely resolution of issues, holding external partners accountable to service expectations, and continuously improving cost, service, productivity, and overall supply chain performance.
