We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations, greeting guests, and maintaining the flow of service in our restaurant. Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
• Communicate wait times clearly to guests and provide updates as necessary.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Utilize Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems for reservation management when necessary.
• Maintain phone etiquette while answering calls related to reservations or guest inquiries.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of restaurant supervisory or management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to high standards of hospitality
• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations preferred
• Work Schedule
• Full-time position
• Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
• Restaurant closed on Sundays
