Job Description
We’re looking for Hosts who are passionate about hospitality and ready to be the first warm welcome our guests experience.
As a Host, you will: - Greet every guest with enthusiasm and genuine hospitality
- Manage reservations and waitlists using Open Table reservation system
- Oversee the flow of the dining room and coordinate seating with efficiency and care
- Communicate guests needs or issues with the manager on duty promptly
- Answer phones promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
We’re looking for team members who:
- Have at least 1 years of host experience in a full-service, upscale restaurant
- Possess a polished, professional appearance and demeanor
- Are comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Have OpenTable experience (preferred but not required)
- Excel at multitasking and staying organized under pressure
- Genuinely love connecting with people and bringing positive energy to every shift
