As an Host/Receptionist – Speakeasy, you will:

Pay:$18 per hour | Shift: Thursday - Saturday, 6PM - 2AM

• Welcome and engage guests in a warm, professional, and energetic manner.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by representing the venue's theme, culture, and guest experience standards.
• Create an engaging and memorable environment through conversation, personality, and attentive service.
• Assist with guest seating, reservations, special events, and VIP experiences as assigned.
• Maintain awareness of venue promotions, featured offerings, and upcoming events.
• Participate in photos, videos, and promotional content when requested.
• Other duties as assigned
• Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines 
• Promotes casino events and programs 
• Resolves service problems according to guidelines 

BRING US YOUR BEST.:

• Previous hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, restaurant, lounge, or customer service experience preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and similar channels.
• Experience creating social media content, promoting events, or serving as a brand representative is preferred.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Must be 21 years of age 
• Count money and change correctly 
• Read, write legibly, understand and speak English 
• Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment 

STARTING SALARY: $18 per hour
