Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests while answering any questions in a warm and welcoming manner
• Watch seating and track wait times for guests
• Learn our menu and computer operating system
• Accommodate any special needs of our guests (i.e. booster chairs, highchairs, disabilities, etc.)
• Seat guests, note specials of the day, and answer menu questions
• Take drink orders, bus tables and provide assistance to our dining room servers when necessary
• Provide timely feedback to your supervisor regarding service opportunities or guest concerns
• Other responsibilities that may be assigned
