• Greet guests promptly, cheerfully, and professionally upon arrival
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists accurately
• Maintain control of the seating chart and dining room flow
• Communicate clearly with servers, kitchen, and management on pacing and availability
• Provide accurate wait times and manage guest expectations
• Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
• Support service by assisting with guest needs as they arise
• Assist with opening, closing, and administrative responsibilities
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Contribute to a respectful and accountable team environment

Requirements:
• Previous host or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to stay composed and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and awareness of the dining room
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
• Reliable and team-oriented
