El Arroyo is an Austin institute. Since 1975, El Arroyo has been serving up Tex-Mex with a side of laughs on our famous marquee sign that stands on the corner of West 5th and Campbell in Austin, Texas. Come be a part of the family! You have chosen the most important and rewarding position in our company. We are looking for a candidate that is attentive, ambitious, and hard working.

• We are looking for a host/hostess that is friendly and with outgoing personalities. Being motivated and organized are also strong skills that we look for. 
• The job entails: Answering the phone, taking TO-GO orders, assisting servers when you can. Seating guest to their tables, making them feel welcome.
• Going above and beyond guest expectations
• Able to work in a high volume, pace establishment
• Fantastic communication skills with management, staff and guest.
