Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
- Manage the seating process to help ensure efficient table flow.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with reservations, wait times, and general guest inquiries.
- Maintain an organized and clean host area, including menus and dining room entry.
- Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth restaurant operations.
- Provide accurate information about wait times, seating availability, and restaurant services.
- Assist with guest needs and help resolve basic concerns in a professional manner.
- Support a positive and welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
