Seeking Booking Agent - Customer Service Specialist!

Capital Vacations is urgently hiring in our Hotel Booking Department at our Springfield Call Center. This position is responsible for booking reservations for the Activations department and data entry.

So many companies have been downsizing over the last year, but we were busy acquiring new resorts for our owners to travel to and we have no plans to slow down. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Check all Marketing Emails
• Check all reservations to ensure nothing is booked on blackout dates and that dates are available
• Email hotels and vendors
• Keep up to date Blackout List
• Check condo availability and assign tours
• Pull manifests for all arrivals
• All other duties assigned

Job Requirements

• 1+ year Administrative or Office work preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Fast learner who eager to increase your knowledge and skillset
• Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
• Functional knowledge of computers and basic computer programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Good communication skills and excellent customer service.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
• Proper phone etiquette.
• Proficient in basic PC knowledge
• Microsoft Office experience is preferred
• Must enjoy a team environment
• Must be at least 18 to apply.

Shift: (Additional hours may be required to meet deadlines as necessary)

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
