Job Title: Engineering Maintenance Supervisor

FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt
Summary: This is a full-time supervisor position working the PM shift (second shift). Responsible for repairing, testing, adjusting, or installing equipment, by performing the following duties.

Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to Front Desk employees and guests.
Math Ability:
Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of e-mail, order processing systems, word processing, spreadsheet, internet, and inventory software.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university; or six to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
