Hotel Food & Beverage Supervisor

Holiday Inn Express Bettendorf is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our breakfast service and coordinate banquet events. This unique position plays a key role in overseeing our breakfast service and banquet operations, ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience from start to finish.  Primary Responsibilities:Maintaing quality standardsLead and assist with breakfast service, focusing on Saturday and Sunday morningsCoordinate and oversee banquet events, including setup, service and breakdownMaintain quality, cleanliness, and guest service standardsEnsure all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed What We're Looking For:Strong customer service and leadership skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentReliable and organized with attention to detailPrevious food service, banquet, or hospitality experience preferredFlexible schedule, including weekend mornings Who We Are:      Frontier Hospitality Group has been locally owned since 1950.
