Hotel Food & Beverage Supervisor

 Courtyard by Marriott Bettendorf is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support all areas of the food & beverage operation, including our bistro breakfast service, dinner service, and banquet events. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Previous food & beverage experience is preferred, with supervisory experience a plus.  Responsibilities Include:Assisting with daily operations, supporting both front-of-the house and back-of-the house teamsEnsuring excellent guest serviceMaintaining quality standardsHelping coordinate banquet funtions What We're Looking For:Strong customer service and leadership skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentReliable and organized with attention to detailPrevious food service, banquet, or hospitality experience preferredFlexible schedule, including weekends  Who We Are: Frontier Hospitality Group has been locally owned since 1950.
