Handles guest reservations.Answers and transfers phone calls.Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc. Other duties as required with the department.Qualifications and Requirements:Previous hotel or relevant customer service experienceProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookAbility to work weekends EOE/AA/Disabled Veteran.
