We are seeking a courteous, dependable, and service-oriented individual to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for guests, helping create a welcoming and professional experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive, and able to communicate clearly while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, professional service during check-in and check-out
  • Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns in a timely and helpful manner
  • Answer phone calls and assist with reservations, confirmations, and general inquiries
  • Accurately process payments, folios, and other front desk transactions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, hotel services, and local information
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support guest needs
  • Handle guest issues with professionalism and escalate when appropriate
  • Keep the front desk area organized, clean, and ready for service
  • Follow property policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar guest-facing role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain composed, professional, and solution-focused under pressure
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using reservation or property management systems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when handling guest information and transactions
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
