ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility, reliability, and adherence to assigned shifts and scheduled start times.

As our Hotel Guest Services Representative, you'll welcome guests with friendly, professional service, manage check-ins and check-outs, answer calls, process reservations and payments, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Throughout the day, you'll coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, resolve guest concerns, maintain accurate records, promote hotel offerings, and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards of Holiday Inn Express Flagstaff.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A HOTEL GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

You might be perfect for this position if you can meet the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in guest services
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to push and pull up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, pivot, and perform front desk duties
• Ability to operate office equipment
• Ability to manage changing priorities and multiple assignments
• Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively both as a team and independently
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Solid computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office and use of the internet
