Hotel Housekeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our hospitality team and help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. This role is essential in creating positive guest experiences through high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
• Replace linens, towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities as needed.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a polished and hygienic environment.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damage and report findings promptly.
• Remove trash and soiled items in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets to ensure readiness for daily duties.
• Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to support smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with consistency.
• Dependable, professional, and able to maintain a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
