Hotel Housekeeper

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional to help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting daily operations by ensuring guest rooms and common areas meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established standards
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish room amenities
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize surfaces in guest rooms and public areas
• Restock towels, toiletries, and other supplies as needed
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly
• Respond to guest requests in a courteous and professional manner
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and equipment in organized condition
• Assist with laundry duties when required
• Support team members to help ensure efficient daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality experience is preferred
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
