Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Benny's Colville Inn is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dedicated hospitality team. As a Housekeeper, you'll play a key role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. If you take pride in your work and enjoy providing exceptional guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas

• Make beds, change linens, and restock room amenities

• Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop assigned areas

• Report maintenance concerns or damages to management promptly

• Follow hotel cleanliness standards and safety procedures

• Replenish towels, toiletries, and other guest supplies

• Handle guest requests with professionalism and courtesy

• Ensure lost and found items are turned in appropriately

• Maintain a friendly and team-oriented attitude

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred, but not required

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Must be able to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout shift

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Friendly and positive attitude; good communication skills
