Hotel Maintenance

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented maintenance professional to help keep our hotel running smoothly and our guest experience exceptional. In this role, you will support the day-to-day upkeep of the property by responding to service requests, completing repairs, and helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.

What You Will Do

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
• Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Inspect equipment and systems to identify issues and support ongoing reliability.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and basic appliance repair tasks as needed.
• Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and outstanding repair needs.
• Support routine safety checks and help ensure compliance with property standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruption to guests during maintenance work.
• Help keep maintenance areas organized, stocked, and clean.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous maintenance experience in hospitality, facilities, or a related environment is preferred.
• Working knowledge of general repair techniques and building systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and complete tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to support occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call needs.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform hands-on work throughout the shift.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a hotel, resort, or similarly fast-paced guest-facing environment.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs or work order systems.
• Relevant technical training, certifications, or trade experience.
