Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Hotel Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall upkeep and maintenance of our hotel facilities. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities to identify any maintenance needs

- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work

- Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance services

- Keep accurate records of all maintenance work performed

- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel

- Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees

- Assist with special projects and renovations as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma, technical school or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a hotel or similar environment

- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Good communication and customer service skills
