Responsibilities include the  maintenance of buildings and facilities to ensure efficient operation and to provide preventative maintenance, room care and necessary repairs on all aspects of the hotel, exercise room, pool, guest rooms, public spaces, restaurant, lobby, meeting room and storage facilities. Completes their job duties in conjunction with the hotel's policy and procedures.
