Key Responsibilities

• Run the night audit and reset the operating system for the next day's business
• Send out daily financial reports to property and corporate teams
• Greet guests warmly in person and over the phone
• Coordinate guest check-in/check-out and assist with reservations
• Answer guest questions and resolve any issues promptly
• Monitor daily reservations and ensure rooms are ready prior to check-in
• Handle financial transactions including cash and credit payments
• Assist guests promptly with their requests and complaints
• Maintain cleanliness and perform light cleaning duties as needed
• Perform other duties assigned by the general manager

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to walk and bend frequently throughout the shift
• Detail-oriented with a professional attitude
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
• Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
