Key Responsibilities
- Run the night audit and reset the operating system for the next day's business
- Send out daily financial reports to property and corporate teams
- Greet guests warmly in person and over the phone
- Coordinate guest check-in/check-out and assist with reservations
- Answer guest questions and resolve any issues promptly
- Monitor daily reservations and ensure rooms are ready prior to check-in
- Handle financial transactions including cash and credit payments
- Assist guests promptly with their requests and complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and perform light cleaning duties as needed
- Perform other duties assigned by the general manager
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to walk and bend frequently throughout the shift
- Detail-oriented with a professional attitude
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
