In the US, we are continuously expanding our local service and support operations and are looking for motivated talent to join our customer service team.

Key Responsibilities As part of our Customer Service team, you''ll be the first point of contact for our customers - and a key part of what makes their experience with us a good one.

1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and live chat in a timely and professional manner
2. Support customers with questions related to orders, delivery status, and product information
3. Help customers with basic product usage, setup, and accessory questions
4. Accurately log customer interactions and follow through on open issues, whether that means resolving them directly or escalating to the right team;
5. Represent our brand with friendliness and consistency across every customer touchpoint.
6. Customer-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple customer interactions without dropping the ball;
7. Structured thinker with sharp attention to detail - you catch things others miss;
8. Genuine curiosity about how products work; you''re comfortable asking questions and figuring things out.
9. Priority will be given to staffing arrangements in the following three cities: San Antonio, Texas; Bakersfield, California; and Columbus, Ohio.

Compensation & Immigration Information Pay Scale: $17 - $19 per hour
