HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio combining heat, infrared energy, and virtually instructed workouts to help members achieve MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME. From Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates to Hot Cycle and Hot Thunder, HOTWORX delivers a one-of-a-kind fitness experience designed for all fitness levels.

We’re looking for a high-energy, sales-driven General Manager who is ready to lead a team, grow a business, and create an incredible studio culture.

This is not a sit-behind-the-desk management role. Our General Managers are hands-on leaders who take ownership of their studio and lead from the front—selling memberships, developing their team, building relationships with members, creating excitement, and driving results.

What You’ll Do

• Drive studio sales and growth by consistently meeting and exceeding membership, retail, and revenue goals
• Lead by example and create a positive, energetic, sales-driven studio culture
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Deliver confident, high-energy studio tours and convert prospects into members
• Coach your team on sales skills, lead follow-up, member engagement, and daily performance
• Build strong relationships with members and create an exceptional studio experience
• Set clear expectations and hold your team accountable to sales, performance, and operational standards
• Grow local brand awareness through community outreach, partnerships, events, and social media
• Take ownership of studio performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth
• Oversee daily studio operations including scheduling, payroll, inventory, maintenance, and reporting
• Utilize CRM, POS, billing, texting, and email systems to manage leads and member communication
• Participate in ongoing training and leadership development

• Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others succeed
• Previous sales, management, or leadership experience preferred
• Availability to work approximately 40–45 hours per week, with flexibility based on studio and business needs
