This role is about more than cooking food. It’s about executing consistently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

We’re looking for kitchen staff who can work efficiently, follow standards, and support a high-functioning back-of-house operation.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times
• Follow all food safety, handling, and hygiene procedures
• Work safely with kitchen equipment and report maintenance or safety issues
• Complete opening, closing, and shift-based tasks as required
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service
• Support team operations during high-volume periods

• Good communication and willingness to take direction
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak shifts
• Prior kitchen or food handling experience preferred, but not required
