About Our Family

We are a busy, close-knit family of four living in Denver, with two school-age daughters and one small dog. Both parents work full-time.  Dad works primarily from home in a corporate role and Mom runs her own business, working both in and out of the home.  This coupled with family life makes for an active household and juggling of dynamic schedules.

Family is at the center of everything we do. We love spending time outdoors, whether it's skiing in the mountains, playing tennis, taking evening walks around the neighborhood, or heading out on weekend adventures together. Because our careers keep us busy, quality time is our most valuable resource.

We're looking for more than someone who can complete a checklist.  We're searching for a House Manager & Family Assistant who will take true ownership of their role.  Someone who treats our home with the same level of care and attention they would give their own.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You are a seasoned, self-directed professional who doesn't wait to be asked, you naturally notice what needs to be done and take initiative to make it happen. You take pride in creating a home that runs smoothly behind the scenes, allowing the family to focus on what matters most.

You are warm, positive, and personable while maintaining professional boundaries. Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, you're able to prioritize competing tasks and adapt with ease when plans change. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy bringing order, structure, and calm to busy households.

You genuinely enjoy supporting families and have an eye for the small details that make a big difference. Whether it's staying ahead of laundry, maintaining organized spaces, completing daily household resets, or anticipating needs before they arise, you consistently think one step ahead. Rather than waiting for direction, you are a self-starter, solve problems proactively, and look for opportunities to make life easier for the family you support.

Most importantly, you're looking for more than just your next position, you want to build a long-term relationship with a family where you can become a trusted, valued part of their daily lives.
