Marian House seeks House Managers to support women in recovery and maintain a safe, structured home environment. This position works 8-hour shifts as part of our 24-hour coverage model, with scheduled hours varying based on staffing needs. Both Full Time and Part Time positions are available.Responsibilities:Support residents' daily routines, recovery, and adherence to program expectations.Oversee resident activities, orient new residents, and supervise visitors.Complete shift documentation, conduct drug and alcohol screenings, and oversee meals.Help maintain clean shared spaces, household supplies, and report maintenance needs.Qualifications:CPRS certification strongly preferred but not required.Ability to provide compassionate support while maintaining clear boundaries.Knowledge of substance use disorders, mental health, and trauma strongly preferred.High school diploma/GED and one to two years of residential experience preferred.Basic computer and Microsoft application skills and a commitment to Marian House's mission.
