About Our Family
We are a busy and energetic family of four in St. Paul, with two children, ages 9 and 4. Our household has a clear rhythm - early mornings with school drop-offs, structured workdays, and after-school activities, balanced with family dinners and evening routines. Both parents work in hybrid roles with occasional travel, so we value consistency, organization, and thoughtful planning to keep our home running smoothly. We prioritize quality family time and a calm, orderly environment where children can learn responsibility and everyone feels supported. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of household management, create sustainable routines, and ease our mental load so we can focus on work, family, and meaningful time together.

You are proactive, organized, and collaborative, with a love for creating systems that support a structured and balanced home. You can anticipate needs, take initiative, and suggest improvements to keep the household running efficiently. You thrive in a lively environment, modeling respectful and kind behavior for children, and can seamlessly integrate into our family's daily rhythm. For the right person, this role may evolve over 6–12 months to include some childcare support, such as pickups and drop-offs. Above all, you appreciate and contribute to a home that values routine, balance, and intentional family time, helping everyone feel calm, supported, and connected.
