About the Role:AFZEEE LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate House Manager to join our team in San Jacinto, CA. Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the residential facility or household
- Supervise, schedule, and support staff members to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment for all residents or occupants
- Coordinate resident activities, appointments, and household logistics
- Monitor and manage household supplies and inventory
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
- Serve as a point of contact for residents, families, and external service providers
Requirements:- Prior experience in house management, residential care, or a related supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced residential setting
- Knowledge of safety protocols, compliance standards, and residential operations
- Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications a plus
