What You'll Do

Keep the Household Organized

• Maintain tidy, functional living areas and kitchen spaces.
• Organize household items and complete projects that improve the home's organization.
• Establish and maintain practical routines for recurring household tasks.
• Identify upcoming needs and prioritize work independently.

Prepare Meals and Manage Groceries

• Plan and prepare weekday family dinners.
• Manage grocery ordering and pickups to ensure the pantry and refrigerator remain well-stocked.
• Maintain an organized kitchen and support smooth daily meal routines.

Handle Laundry and Light Cleaning

• Wash, fold, and put away clothing and linens.
• Keep frequently used areas clean, tidy, and functional.
• Stay on top of everyday household upkeep.

Support the Family's Daily Routine

• Assist with morning routines for three children, ages 6, 7, and 9.
• Potentially transport the children during school breaks, days off, summer, and planned activities or outings.
• Help maintain organized, predictable routines around family activities.

Take Care of Household Errands and Dogs

• Complete local errands and other household tasks as needed.
• Provide daily care for our dogs.
• Arrange or attend occasional pet appointments as needed.

What We're Looking For

You'll be a strong fit if you are organized, dependable, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative without needing constant direction.

We'd like you to have:

• Previous experience as a household manager, nanny, family assistant, or in a comparable household-support role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Confidence with meal planning, cooking, laundry, and everyday household tasks.
• Experience or genuine comfort working around young children.
• Comfort caring for dogs and handling routine pet-care responsibilities.
• A valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and clean driving record.
• The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.
• A professional, trustworthy, and respectful approach to working in a family's home.

• Annual salary: $40,000-$50,000, based on experience.
