    Housekeeper — LSU / Nicholson Gateway
     
    At LSU / Nicholson Gateway, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that the little things matter.
    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active throughout the day, thrives on routine and organization, and gets satisfaction from seeing the results of a job well done.
     
    What You'll Be Doing
    • Cleaning and maintaining common areas, amenity spaces, offices, and model units
    • Preparing vacant apartments for new residents
    • Ensuring hallways, stairwells, elevators, and shared spaces remain clean and presentable
    • Identifying and reporting maintenance concerns or safety hazards
    • Assisting with community inspections and special projects
    • Supporting the onsite team in delivering an exceptional resident experience
    • Maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment
    What We're Looking For
    • Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, or custodial experience preferred
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
    • Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day
    • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
    • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items as required

    • Residents notice the cleanliness of the community
    • Common areas consistently look welcoming and well-maintained
    • Vacant apartments are move-in ready on schedule
    • Problems are identified before they become complaints
