• Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Conduct inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries regarding housekeeping services.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices is an asset.
• Experience in the hospitality industry or hotel environment is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
