JOB TITLE: Housekeeper- ElderONE - Hudson, Housekeeping (Full-Time, Days)

SCHEDULE: M-F, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

SUMMARY

As a Housekeeper at ElderOne, your strong commitment to cleanliness and excellent customer service skills are vital in maintaining a sanitized and hospitable environment for all.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning & Maintenance. Perform home management tasks per the Housekeeping Plan of Care, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and kitchen clean up; report any noted unsafe environmental conditions or changes in the patient's physical or mental behavior to the supervisor
• Communication. Demonstrate respect for the rights, dignity and self-worth of all participants, family members and co-workers at all times
• Documentation. Complete and submit activity sheets timely, neatly and accurately in accordance with documentation expectations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• One (1) year of housekeeping or assistance with household tasks for individuals at home and unable to perform these tasks
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• 18 years of age or older
• Detail-oriented and friendly

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Moderate- These roles require a combination of movement and stationary work, including frequent standing, walking, and moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs.). Tasks may involve repetitive reaching, bending, pushing, or pulling, along with maintaining awareness in high-traffic or operational areas. Visual focus and spatial awareness are critical in facilities, logistics, or support settings. Emotional demands include managing interruptions, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining compliance with safety standards. Environmental exposures may include equipment noise, shared workspaces, and occasional proximity to hazardous areas. Physical capability screening may be required.

PAY RANGE:

$16.25 - $18.43Rochester14617

The posted pay range is a good faith representation of potential base pay for this position. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates could vary based on position details and FTE. Pay is determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, locations, and contracts.
