Public Area Upkeep: Clean hotel corridors, lobbies, elevators, fitness centers, and staff areas.
Maintenance & Security: Identify and report maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, burnt-out light bulbs) and log any guest items left behind in lost-and-found.
Cart & Equipment Handling: Safely handle cleaning chemicals and maintain a clean, organized housekeeping cart and supply closet.
Customer Service: Provide a welcoming atmosphere, greet guests warmly, and respond to special requests politely and promptly
