We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented housekeeping professional to help maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment. This role plays an important part in creating a positive experience for guests, residents, patients, or team members by ensuring shared and private spaces are cared for to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, and restock assigned areas in accordance with established procedures
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors and surfaces
- Change linens, remove trash, and handle laundry duties as assigned
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and high-touch surfaces
- Monitor supply levels and report shortages or maintenance concerns
- Follow safety, sanitation, and infection-control guidelines at all times
- Use cleaning equipment and products properly and responsibly
- Support special cleaning projects and other related duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or environmental services experience is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Good time management and the ability to complete assigned tasks independently
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
