Position Summary  

One Source is seeking friendly, dependable Housekeeping Runners to join our team in Truckee. As a Housekeeping Runner, you'll be the go-to person for guest requests, quickly delivering the items and assistance guests need to feel comfortable and well cared for. Providing prompt, professional, courteous service every step of the way.  

Responsibilities  

• Respond promptly to guest requests received by radio, phone, or the front desk and deliver items directly to guest rooms  

• Deliver requested items such as extra towels, linens, pillows, blankets, toiletries, irons, and other amenities  

• Set up and remove rollaway beds, cribs, and other requested equipment  

• Provide quick-turn service for guest requests, including supplying fresh towels, linens, or toiletries and removing used items  

• Prioritize and track multiple requests to ensure each one is completed in a timely manner  

• Greet guests with a warm, professional manner and confirm their needs are fully met  

• Communicate request status, delays, and completed deliveries to the front desk and housekeeping leadership  

• Report maintenance concerns, damages, lost-and-found items, and safety hazards  

• Pick up items from guest rooms upon request, including used linens, towels, and trash  

• Complete requests within established response-time and quality standards  

• Follow all safety procedures, chemical-handling requirements, and company policies  

• Support additional housekeeping duties as assigned  

Qualifications  

• Previous hotel, resort, timeshare, or guest service experience  

• Excellent customer service and communication skills  

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond quickly to requests  

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift  

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and move rollaway beds and cribs  

• Open availability, including weekends and holidays
