What You'll Do

As a Housekeeping Aide, you'll play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for our residents by:

• Cleaning and sanitizing resident laundry.
• Following daily cleaning schedules and completing assigned housekeeping tasks.
• Safely operating equipment and using cleaning chemicals according to established procedures.
• Following all infection prevention, OSHA, and facility safety guidelines.
• Reporting maintenance needs, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Treating all residents with dignity while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare facility, nursing home, hospital, hotel, or similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and sanitation practices is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Professional, positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills.
• Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Hiring Requirements
