Job Description

  • We are seeking an organized, proactive, and bilingual (English/Spanish) House Manager / Family Assistant to manage household operations, family schedules, vendors, and daily activities in a private household in El Paso, Texas.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage household staff, vendors, and home maintenance.
  • Coordinate groceries, supplies, and household organization.
  • Manage children's schedules, appointments, school activities, and transportation.
  • Plan family events, birthdays, holidays, and gifts.
  • Handle household bills, emails, records, and service accounts.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and packing.
  • Work independently, anticipate family needs, and maintain strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills
