About the Role: We are looking for a driven and brand experienced detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our 160-room hotel and housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain optimal team performance
Conduct regular room inspections and quality control checks to ensure brand standards are met
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, coordinating orders as needed
Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to coordinate room readiness and resolve guest concerns
Enforce safety, sanitation, and compliance protocols in accordance with health regulations
Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally
Requirements:
2+ years of housekeeping supervisory or management experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate staff
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards
Solid organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Familiarity with housekeeping management software and property management systems (PMS) a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
