In this leadership role, you'll:

Ensure our guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation

Support, coach, and develop housekeeping colleagues

Assist with interviewing, training, and performance conversations

Help resolve guest concerns and create memorable stays

Coordinate daily operations and administrative tasks to keep the department running smoothly

What we're looking for:

At least 1 year of hotel experience

Strong communication and guest service skills

Basic computer proficiency

Previous supervisory experience preferred

A positive attitude and passion for teamwork

Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
