We’re looking for a
dependable, organized, hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor who takes pride in cleanliness, notices the little details, and enjoys helping a team succeed. If you have a strong work ethic, can keep a busy department on track, and lead with both kindness and accountability, we’d love to meet you!
What You'll Do- Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, laundry, and public areas.
- Assign work, monitor productivity, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure they meet Holiday Inn standards.
- Train, coach, and support housekeeping team members.
- Monitor supplies, linens, and equipment.
- Help resolve guest concerns and report maintenance or safety issues.
- Step in to assist with cleaning when the team needs support.
- Promote teamwork, safe work practices, and a positive work environment.
What We're Looking For- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel environment.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependability, a positive attitude, and effective communication.
- Ability to keep a team productive while maintaining quality standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
