As the Housing & Registration Coordinator, you'll join our team of Event Producers and act as a key contributor to the overall organization and tactical responsibilities required for successful event execution. The Housing & Registration Coordinator will navigate our event focused project management platform, launch event registration portals, invite attendees, and keep an updated log of activity to ensure accurate details. Housing & Registration Coordinator Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of housing and registration administration processes for cient shows and events
• Utilize various show scheduling and badge tracking portals for swift organization
• Launch Cvent sites, inviting proper attendees per client requests
• Book rooms through show association and/or hotel
• Negotiate with vendors on behalf of Derse and clients while planning out
• In leading up to event, monitor registration and information to report on
• Track all changes and updates in proper platforms and spreadsheets
• Provide continuous updates to hotel and badge information, while confirming with selected hotels
• Send confirmations to all parties to maintain proper communication of events
• Communicate project statuses, invoice processes, and other details to account team
• Support other team members including; Housing & Registration Coordinator, Event Producers, and Director of Creative Production & Events
• Assist in reconciling project expenses and verify accurate recording
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Housing & Registration Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or similar required.
• Previous event and hospitality coordination work preferred
• Experience working within Cvent or event databases preferred
• Highly organized, flexible and have strong written/verbal communication skills
