    About the Role
    We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to establish and lead the human resources function for a new company spinning off from a renowned manufacturer. This role offers a unique opportunity to build HR operations from the ground up while ensuring compliance with California employment laws and fostering a strong workplace culture.
    The selected candidate will be hired and trained by a mother company for the first 30 days, then transition to the new company based in Anaheim, CA, starting May 1st.

    Key Responsibilities
    Establish HR policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to a new organization
    Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to build a strong and effective team
    Ensure compliance with California employment laws and industry regulations
    Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations
    Work closely with leadership to develop HR strategies that support company growth
    Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture in a multicultural environment

    Requirements
    Minimum 5 years of HR experience with a strong understanding of California employment laws
    Proficiency in Korean is required (spoken and written)
    Multicultural background is highly preferred
    Strong ability to work independently, take initiative, and implement HR structures
    Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
    Previous experience setting up HR functions for a new or growing company is a plus
